At 24 Carrot Garden St. Roch, we believe youth get to have an opportunity and a space to explore entrepreneurial interest from the (literal) ground up.  

We nurture and harvest plants and research ways to cook or create value-added products led by the youth’s response to the question, “What are you interested in learning?”
